Following a successful career working for a number of leading Advertising and Public Relations agencies in Zimbabwe and co-founding and managing a Public Relations agency, Debra set up CurateCommunications in 2017. She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business as well as Client Relationship Management. Debra is an experienced strategic consultant with over fifteen years in Journalism, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, having successfully developed and managed various campaigns for national and international brands. Her focus lies in crafting integrated, insight-led creative communications campaigns, advising clients on communication strategy and helping businesses engage across stakeholder groups and media influencers to best effect. Her client experience includes blue chip companies such as Old Mutual, Delta Corporation, CBZ Holdings, FBC Holdings, BAT Zimbabwe, NetOne, Paciific, Edgars, Truworths, Barclays, Zimplats, SEEDCO, National Foods, Unilever, TelOne, Zimbabwe Papers.
VICTOR CHIKUMBIRIKE
Design Consultant
A qualified multimedia artist with vast experience in the visual arts spectrum. Victor holds a Diploma in Graphic Design and New Media from the Zimbabwe Institute of Vigital Arts (ZIVA), a Certificate in Applied Arts and Design from the Harare Polytechnic and a Certificate in Internet and Web Design from the University of Zimbabwe (UZ). Having worked in the UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) and South Africa, Victor brings an international flair to the creative team.
KUDZAI KATYOTI
Web Consultant
Kudzi is a passionate creative with a strong digital inclination. He is detail-oriented with good analytical skills to coordinate effective social media and web communication. He possesses a degree in Marketing Management with Entrepreneurship. He has previously worked at Dairibord Zimbabwe and has experience with managing social/online brands.

Design Consultant
Shaw is a talented and versatile photographer and graphic designer with a degree from the College of Northwest London. He has worked with many prominent brands in Zimbabwe, such as The British Council, Old Mutual, Schweppes Zimbabwe and CBZ, delivering high-quality visual solutions for their marketing and communication needs. Shaw has a keen eye for detail, a passion for creativity and a flair for capturing the essence of his clients’ vision.

MARCELINE KANGONI

Marceline holds a Hons BA in Communication (Corporate & Marketing Communication) and is a capable, creative, team-oriented person with a dynamic outlook on life and a strong desire to succeed in Public Relations. Her experience in retail has given her solid interpersonal skills. She also has strong writing capacity obtained from five years at The Source News Agency. Her organizational skills as project coordinator have allowed her to prioritize schedules and consistently complete projects within challenging time and budget guidelines. Marceline’s overall work experience has allowed her to develop exceptional skills in copywriting, media liaison, marketing and stakeholder relations. She is currently studying towards a Master of Science in International Affairs.
